    Having been involved in numerous creative financing real estate transactions in the past, I frequently survey new books to find new techniques or ideas. I purchased and read Chuck Sutherland’s new book “Creative Seller Financing” and found a clear and logical explanation of numerous methods of seller financing.

    Mr. Sutherland’s excellent descriptions of the various methods include a strategy overview and solution, followed by a summary of the steps in a real transaction, and the “benefits” received by each of the participants (buyer, seller, broker, etc.). For emphasis, he concludes some of the examples with Key Points that the reader should understand.

    In addition to the direct use of the methods described in the book, one can extract and combine pertinent ideas and points from the various examples, in a “mix and match“ manner, for the user to satisfy all the considerations in any particular scenario.

    I believe this book should be available to both new and seasoned buyers and sellers of real estate who contemplate using creative financing techniques. I know my copy will be within easy reach.

    This book is a must read for the new and experienced real estate investor, broker, and agent. It should also be read by anyone buying or selling their primary residence. One concept in this book can help make a transaction, that otherwise might not happen. The book can play a real role in your financial future.

    The concepts in this book are real life. The examples are well laid out, and easy to follow. Obviously, there are many, many real estate books out there. Most of them basically saying the same thing. But, I have to believe there are concepts in this book, that are not found elsewhere.

    I have been in the creative real estate business for 30 years. I have read this book several times since recently purchasing. I will be regularly referencing it. I can’t afford not to.
